The spirit of the Hostels, good food, comfort and friendly treatment, finds new hostelists that give different readingshim. At the same time which there are hostelists with many years of history and several generations of office, there are them of new, always they must have first. A departure point that gathers the enthusiasm and faith that is put in the new projects.
L'Ocell Francolí is a relatively recent Hostel, from the year 1,997 the marriage formed by Rafael Lorca and Dolors Requena, took possession from L'Ocell Francolí, with the illusion to make an affluent work done, and if it were possible, to become a point of gastronomical refererence.

 

In that it was the old Garrell Hostel (the Hostel of all the life in L'Espluga de Francolí) put all its enthusiasm, illusion, experience and knowledge the marriage of Dolors and Rafael.
